Pricing questions
Do I own the device or rent it?
The device is purchased outright (from KES 7,000). The monthly fee covers platform access, cloud dashboard, support, and connectivity.
Are M-Pesa charges included?
No. M-Pesa transaction charges are pass-through — they are paid by the merchant per Safaricom's published tariff. QuePay charges its own 2% transaction fee separately.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Enterprise?
Yes. Contact our team and we'll migrate your account without service interruption.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee beyond the device cost. Installation support is included.
